Who We Are

Dwelling Corporation (Corporate Solutions LLC) is owned and operated by Alvin Tan. In the past 4 years, Alvin has worked in big technology companies such as Yelp, Amazon, and Google as a Software Engineer. Alvin is passionate about financial education, investment strategies, portfolio and wealth management, and saving 10% off the next Chipotle order.

After traveling to multiple countries across Europe and Asia, Alvin learned he enjoyed the dwellings of his arrangements and the importance of a space that feels both luxurious and comfortable. Hence, Alvin introduced himself to the hosting space, so that more people can enjoy dwelling at pristine conditions.

Outside of his career, Alvin enjoys playing volleyball and board games, attending music festivals, and watching basketball.
